Australia Delivery Times
All orders are 'made to order' and should expect a processing time of 1-2 days as all jewellery pieces are handmade thoughtfully and carefully.
Expected delivery time is dependant on what state you live in and whether you are in a regional or metro area. All orders are posted from QLD via AUS POST.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is correct, as it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Made By Ash will not refund your order or offer a replacement.

While we make every effort to assist in resolving these issues, Made By Ash is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages in transit.

- Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify, or change items
Returns
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Made By Ash is not required to offer a refund or exchange if you make the wrong selection, need a different size or change of mind due to hygiene reasons. This includes payments made at markets/events, and online. Please reach out with any questions you may have prior to ordering, to ensure the piece you choose is perfect for you.
Rings; please ensure to follow the ring size chart before purchasing, as they cannot be exchanged.
Faulty Items
Each jewellery piece is carefully handmade and packaged, however in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty or damaged, I will happily offer to repair/replace where appropriate. Where we cannot repair or replace the item, we will order an online credit or refund. All claims for faulty items are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at Made By Ash's discretion.
